Place the client on his back with the legs straight up with a 90° bent at the knees. Have the client stretch out his arms and hold the stretch. Have the client come up by flexing the abs until the arms go past the knees. From that point, the client slowly lowers his trunk, keeping the abs contracted.
Lie on your back with your legs straight up and a 90° bent at the knees. Now raise your arms and hold. Come up from your torso by activating your abs. If your arms go past your knees you can fall back. Keep abs activated while falling back.
