Therapist's aim

To stretch or maintain length of the trunk extensors.

Client's aim

To stretch your back muscles.

Therapist's instructions

Position the patient in four-point kneeling. Instruct the patient to lower their bottom between their feet. Ensure that the dorsum of the feet touch the floor.

Client's instructions

Position yourself on your hands and knees. Lower your bottom between your feet. Ensure the back of your feet touch the floor.
